Background and justification:
The main goal of this training is to contribute to capacity building on the use of new technologies for diagnosis and characterization of the genetic diversity of fungal biodiversity.
Specific goals
Expected outcomes:
At the end of the training, the theoretical knowledge of the interns will be reinforced on the detection tools and the analysis of fungal pathogen population diversity.
The interns would be able to carry out the different technical stages applied during the training.
The interns will have a basic training to interpret and use the results gained.
